Here at Dillon Fruit Farm, we LOVE blueberries, and make them our specialty! Blueberries make a tasty addition to any meal or dessert, and are also a fantastic and nutritious snack on their own.
1 cup of blueberries contains only 80 calories, and 0.5 g fat. Blueberries have no cholesterol, and only 1 mg. of sodium. And did you know that one serving contains almost 25% of your daily vitamin C, as well as being high in antioxidants? That makes them natural fighters of germs and illness! They are naturally high in manganese, which helps the body to more efficiently process cholesterol, carbohydrates and proteins.
